This Christmas Gift Guide is for the ladies who are focused on fitness and wellness. These items are some of my personal favorites for working out and staying healthy. I hope you enjoy!
1. Owala Water Bottle
Owala Water Bottles are the top tier. I love that they have a straw so that you can sip, or you can also drink like a regular water bottle. They are also leak and spill proof when closed. It’s probably not meant for this, but I also love that I can carry mine by the hook (that locks the closing mechanism) when my hands are full. Plus there are a ton of fun bright colors or beautiful neutrals like the one below.

2. Rubbermaid Meal Prep Containers
These aren’t the exact meal prep containers I use, but I honestly like these better because there is more flexibility with the two separated sides. Meal prep containers are so helpful because I know when I have a delicious home cooked meal ready for me and waiting at home, I will make better eating decisions all around

3. HeyNuts Yoga Pro 7/8 Leggings
Ok, these are by no means a dupe for the Lululemon Align Leggings (although many people say they are). But, they are really good. When my Align’s started piling I really wanted to find a cheaper alternative and these were a great find! They are incredibly high-rise, really soft, and super flattering.

4. Renoj 3-Set Resistance Bands
I tried a new fitness program this year (see #5) and resistance bands played a huge part in it. These bands are so affordable but allow you to do so much! You can do banded squats, sumo walks, banded side walks, etc. They do have a pretty strong smell that really sticks around, but they work fantastic.

5. Jeff Nippard Fitness Plan
I tried out Jeff’s program this year for the first time and really loved it! I paired it with the premium version of an app called Hevy so that I could track my workouts and keep the programs saved in a folder. The specific program I tried was the glute hypertrophy program and I feel like it really made a difference in my physique. It’s pretty easy to follow, too, and there are video demonstrations near the end of the packet.
I’m even asking for the Women’s program for Christmas to help supplement my other workout training.
