Hey there, food lovers! While we may not experience the traditional changing leaves and crisp air here in sunny Southwest Florida, that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy some cozy fall flavors. Today, I’m excited to share a few of my favorite seasonal treats from around the Naples area that are sure to warm your heart and satisfy your taste buds. From creamy carrot ginger soup to delightful apple cinnamon bagels, we’re diving into delicious options that capture the essence of autumn, no matter the weather. So grab a refreshing drink, find a comfy spot, and let’s explore these tasty bites together!
Carrot Ginger Soup
from Food and Thought 2
The carrot ginger soup from Food and Thought 2 in North Naples is truly one of my favorite dishes of all time. It is thick and creamy with the best cozy, fall flavors. It’s a unique twist on the more common butternut squash soup, but in my opinion, much better! I’ve paired it here with the chicken salad sandwich making it a tasty and filling lunch.
Apple Cinnamon Bagel with Honey Almond Cream Cheese
from Einstein Bros Bagels
It has been a while since I’ve visited an Einstein Bros Bagels, but just recently I stopped by thinking I would get my regular chocolate chip bagel with a cream cheese smear. However, I saw the basket of gourmet apple cinnamon bagels and they looked too good to pass up. I decided to pair the bagel with a honey almond shmear which made for the perfect autumn-inspired breakfast treat!
Hot Pumpkin Chai
from Winfield Coffee
I’m obsessed with the Starbucks iced pumpkin chai (see below) so I thought I would give a local shop’s version a try. The pumpkin chai from Winfield is everything I hoped it would be – sweet, spicy, and everything I’d want from a warm, fall drink.
Iced Pumpkin Chai with Pumpkin Cold Foam
from Starbucks Coffee
As mentioned, I absolutely love the iced pumpkin chai from Starbucks with their pumpkin cold foam on top. The pumpkin cold foam is not currently offered with a dairy alternative so keep that in mind. However, I love it so much that I drink it regardless. I also love their pumpkin cream cheese muffins and pumpkin bread for a tasty pastry treat.
There you have it. Some of my favorite fall treats that you can get in SWFL around the Naples area. A couple of options from local shops and options that you can get at Naples chains and beyond.
